As digital ecosystems expanded across Warner Bros., I led the design of a global Single Sign-On (SSO) system that powered Ellen, Harry Potter, DC Comics, and company-wide platforms. It scaled across brands, countries, and platforms—while maintaining each IP’s unique identity.

We integrated Okta OAuth for secure authentication, enabling seamless cross-brand access and centralized identity management across WB and parent-brand platforms.

We didn’t just build a login—we created a traceable identity layer that personalized experiences for fans and gave us a full picture of their journey across the WB ecosystem. This allowed for targeted engagement, data-informed content, and brand-consistent UX without duplication.

In Home Entertainment & Content Operations, I optimized digital workflows across redemption, rights, and playback systems for diverse content types including VOD, live streams, promo and ad spots, and gaming titles. I streamlined title setup flows, reduced asset delivery errors, and synchronized partner metadata with internal tracking systems—bringing clarity, efficiency, and consistency to complex cross-platform supply chains, ultimately enhancing both operational performance and customer experience.

For Movies Anywhere, I shaped the product roadmap—from UX design to cross-partner rollouts—supporting multi-studio onboarding and launching community-driven features like Watch Together and Screen Pass.

Launched globally in just 2 months, scaled to 13 markets, and drove over $4M in revenue through fan-first drops like Zack Snyder’s Justice League merch, doubling projected Q1 revenue 2 months after launch.

I led the product strategy and technical architecture of DC Shop — a scalable, headless e-commerce platform for Warner Bros. Using campaign-driven merchandising, drop day planning, and system integrations (Shopify, Stripe, Segment, Salesforce), I transformed fan engagement into storytelling launches with conversion results.

The success of DC Shop led to my expanded role spearheading the DC Universe freemium, subscription and live events platforms, overseeing FanDome commerce, and replicating the shop’s success across additional Warner Bros. IPs.

After the success of DC Shop, I expanded into leading the Harry Potter Shop, one of Warner Bros.’ top-performing D2C platforms and a key contributor to over $1B+ in e-commerce revenue across flagship IPs like DC, Harry Potter, Ellen, and Be Kind. I oversaw merchandising calendars, partner integrations, and global drop campaigns tied to major media moments.

In tandem, I helped launch the Magic Caster Wand, a connected smart product that extended the Wizarding World into the real world. Released alongside the HBO Max special in 2023, this interactive device blended phygital innovation with immersive storytelling — bridging commerce, fandom, and smart home ecosystems.
