Streaming Experiences & Content Supply Chain

As part of Warner Bros.' digital evolution, I worked on transformative streaming initiatives that changed how users collect, share, and watch digital content. My role spanned product development, user experience design, studio integration, and partner enablement across platforms like Movies Anywhere, WB Redeem, and (HBO) Max.
Redefining the Digital Movie Experience Across Studios and Platforms

Project Snapshot

I helped guide MA’s strategic product evolution—designing and launching features like Screen Pass and Watch Together, while contributing to platform UX, reward integrations, and studio onboarding. From concept to partner rollout, my work shaped how users experienced multi-studio ownership, gifting, and co-viewing.

Movies Anywhere (MA)
WB Redeem

I supported the high-volume consumer touchpoint for digital code redemption. WB Redeem was the go-to hub for unlocking owned content and enabling playback on platforms like MA and HBO Max. My focus was on mapping and designing user flows, refining onboarding communications, and unifying partner and internal messaging across tech touch points.

HBO Max & Movies Anywhere InterOperability

I supported the strategy and implementation of HBO Max’s integration with Movies Anywhere to increase catalog accessibility and drive subscriber value. The effort allowed users to access eligible digital purchases inside HBO Max—unlocking new discovery, engagement, and promotional pathways. I also helped define the user communication flow, partner messaging, and internal coordination around tech integrations and entitlements.

Home Entertainment & Content Ops Workflow Optimization

I worked cross-functionally to map and improve the end-to-end product workflow for Home Entertainment, from planning and mastering to digital distribution. By visualizing the metadata journey—from creative to retailer—I helped identify key friction points and proposed a centralized data model to streamline asset delivery, reduce turnaround time, and ensure consistency across platforms like Amazon, AppleTV, and WB2B.

Final Notes

This work pushed the boundaries of shared viewing and digital content gifting, laying the groundwork for a more connected, personalized, and platform-agnostic streaming experience. My role was to ensure product-market fit across multiple stakeholders—consumers, studios, and partners—while creating seamless handoffs between redemption, ownership, and playback.
